The Saugatuck Rowing Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Bart Pasternak as the club's commodore.
Bart Pasternak dabbled in rowing while in college and university but took a long break from the sport after graduation to pursue his professional activities in academic and clinical surgery. But the first love was not forgotten and after his retirement from surgery he resumed his rowing activities at the Saugatuck Rowing Club in Westport. Casting a serious doubt on the Club Management’ good judgment he was appointed Commodore of the Club in March 2010.
Bart Pasternak resides in Westport, CT with his dog Baltazar and occasional visits from his daughters Monica and Lara.
