Jeannie Stevens has been teaching yoga since 2001. Her classes are geared toward creating a safe, warm and healing environment. Her teaching comes from a background in a few types of yoga: She has a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification with Rolf Gates, A 200 hour Forrest Yoga certification with Ana Forrest,
A 50 hour Ashtanga training with Valerie Schneiderman, Yoga Shala, Little Sprouts Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Laurie Jordan, in addition, has taken workshops with many amazing teachers and believes that the “Practice” is the true teacher.
Alison Heisler, RYT, LMT has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She holds her 200 hr. teaching certification in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. She is a licensed massage therapist and has been exploring a personal practice in mindfulness meditation under the guidance of Dr. Jon Kabot-Zinn. Alison weaves her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and alignment into her classes which promise athletic sequencing, unique playlists and a focus on strength and flexibilty.
Sophie Slater is an alignment focused hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher and certified life coach. She has studied Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar, restorative, and vinyasa yoga extensively for over a decade and holds a 200 hour teaching certification and degree in advanced yogic studies from the Yoga Vidya Gurukul ashram in Maharashtra, India. She has shared her knowledge of yoga and mindfulness practices as a contributing editor and blogger for Whole Living Magazine and as the host of the SiriusXM radio show Life Coaching with Sophie. Her passion is to help others find greater life-balance, joy, and confidence with who they are and all they have to share with the world.
Received certifications from the Yoga Institute of Houston(2002) and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health(2003)in Lenox, Mass. I am registered with Yoga Alliance. I have studied with Cyndi Lee of Om Yoga, taking both her yoga teacher training(Kripalu) and level 1 Om Meditation Training.(Kaia Yoga,Westport). I also studied Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers.
I have blended the various trainings I have into my Vinyasa Flow class. I always begin with a warm up and cool down, as taught by Kripalu, while in between moving through a more vigorous flow, favored by Om Yoga.

Is a Certified Personal Trainer, trained in Lotte Berk “Barre”, yoga, Mat Pilates as well as TRX Suspension Training. As a Wellness Coach and fitness enthusiast, Suzy regularly combines all of these methods to enhance her clients’ endurance, flexibility, balance and focus.
She is passionate about her clients and loves it when her clients catch the bug! She lives by her favorite quote “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm” and feels like each day is a chance to start fresh.
