SRC offers a complimentary fitness assessment to every member. An assessment is a comprehensive series of measurements taken in order to establish baseline information of your current fitness level. Measurements consist of the following: Body composition, blood pressure, resting heart rate, aerobic capacity, upper body and abdominal strength and trunk flexibility. This information makes it easier for you, or your Personal Trainer. It determines an appropriate starting point for a fitness program and provides a meaningful, numerical method for measuring your progress. All of our trainers are qualified to do assessments. We are all ready to help you get the most of your workout.
