How do I know what exercises are appropriate for me?
The second step is to complete a fitness assessment questionnaire with the guidance of a certified trainer. This information will be used to help define your goals and commitment.
The third step is for SRC trainers to design a fitness program that meets your needs and ability to implement. Or, you may want to arrange for personal training to get you started.
What can I expect?
You can expect a supportive and nurturing environment that will make a difference in how you feel about coming to the fitness center and reaching your goals. We also think we have one of the most beautiful physical spaces ever enjoyed by men and women exercising.
