STUDIOROW FUNDAMENTALS: This class is designed to break down the mechanics of rowing, provide an understanding of the C2 rower and how to maximize your workout. This 50-minute workshop will introduce you to the basics of proper rowing form. This class is required for all new participants as well as those looking for deeper instruction on proper form.
