Dave Grossman

Dave has been a member of the coaching staff at the Saugatuck Rowing Club since the summer of 2011. In 2018, Dave became the Junior Boys Head Coach and Associate Rowing Director. In 2022 Dave became the Rowing Director as well as the Boys Head Coach. Previously he was the Masters Head Coach. Dave currently coaches both the Juniors and Masters. His rowing career started at the Saugatuck Rowing Club in the fall of 2005. Dave was a member of the Lightweight 8 that placed 5th at Youth Nationals in the spring of 2006. That summer he started coaching the Learn to Row summer camps, which he did for 5 years. Dave was a 4-year varsity member of the Hobart College rowing team. He competed numerous times at the Head of the Charles Regatta, IRA National Championships, and the Henley Royal Regatta. Dave holds a degree in History and American Studies from Hobart College.
