Studio Row for Middle School and High School Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders or Learning Related Special Needs

Studio Row – (2 indoor sessions per week for 5 weeks)

Join us for beginning through intermediate lessons perfecting skills and techniques in a developmentally based rowing program. This indoor “learn to row” class will give instruction to participants at an individualized pace while targeting efficient, rhythmic movement, fitness and positive interaction with others in a small setting. This class is designed to teach rowing skills and technique at a slower rate, as a boost, with the long term goal of progressing forward to the next level of rowing skills and an “on the water” experiences.

Session Dates: November 16 through December 21 (10 classes)

Middle School Program

T-Th: 4:30pm – 5:30pm

High School Program 

T-Th: 3:30pm – 4:30pm
